Renewal Startup Check List

1. Deactivate your online registration until you have an updated teacher list

2. Delete the student accounts that have graduated. Don't worry, last years trip data will still be there, this step just removes them from the current year classrooms. 

3. Decide how you will implement the Teacher/Classroom updates. 
        * Small Schools with only one teacher per grade you can update all the students through the web site.
        * Set the "Needs New Teacher" flag. With this set the students first scan of the year you are prompted to updated the students new teacher.

4. Let us know if you want to keep last years student milage totals, trip counts and MonkeyMoney totals or set them back to zero? This reset only affects student feedback totals you will still have all past trip data, nothing is deleted.
